This role sits within ICONIQ’s Technology team, which empowers our global organization through innovative, secure, and scalable solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner across the firm to design and deliver systems that enhance operations, improve client service, and support thoughtful innovation, including the integration of AI.

What You’Ll Do

: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Lead delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and release coordination Build and enhance systems such as Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, and automations Design and implement integrations across enterprise platforms Apply AI tools to improve solution design and operational efficiency Troubleshoot system issues and ensure reliability and user satisfaction Create documentation and training materials to support users Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes Ideal Candidate Background: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.
