What You'Ll Do

: Next-generation risk assessment – deinvesting away from binary underwriting and revisioning risk selection utilizing mega data, AI and curiosity. Modernized underwriting using cutting edge technology to more accurately and quickly assess risk, price and bespoke coverage/terms to profitably grow and manage a book of business. Requirements

2 -4 years of commercial insurance underwriting experience (Commercial Habitational experience strongly preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience preferred Retail agency relationship preferred Curiosity, hardworking, self-accountable, positive attitude, humble and fun Have an opinion, share your opinion and be open to other opinions Passion to obtain, retain and employ knowledge – as well as share knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Hybrid availability: Must be able to work from our downtown Chicago office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday)
