Relationship Manager, Asset Managers - Assistant Vice President / Vice President

About The Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the iCapital Solutions team. This role will assist with ongoing relationship management and business development for existing GP clients, prospect new clients within the Asset Management arena, and provide general support to the GP client coverage team.

Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management: Assist in day-to-day management of existing GP client relationships. Responsible for but not limited to responding to ad hoc requests, assisting with platform demos and training, tracking meeting requests, managing weekly agendas, and follow-up deliverables, etc. ).

Cultivate a list of prospective clients and assist relationship managers with pitching new business, including the preparation of RFPs; Develop and manage 3-4 key relationships overtime. Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and other strategic initiatives. Develop presentation materials and analysis for client meetings and projects.

iCapital Solutions team strategy: Collaborate with the iCapital Solutions team and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing. Manage and lead internal projects and develop framework and process for ongoing GP client coverage team management. Develop presentations and analysis for internal meetings and projects.

Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity (client services, account management, sales, or business development) Knowledge of the alternative investments industry Series 7 and 63 licenses is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strategic mindset and able to work independently Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients Experience in project management preferred Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $175,000.
