Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, capital markets, or related industries Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex initiatives and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability Willingness to become an expert in the structured investments space, understanding both the product intricacies and broader industry dynamics to drive informed decision-making and product leadership Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of solving complex and unfamiliar problems through innovative solutions Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities and imperfect information Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and business teams Customer-centric approach, with experience engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback Technical acumen and comfort working closely with engineering teams to solve problems and deliver scalable solutions Experience with agile methodologies and tools
