) qualified, and/or other major common law jurisdictions Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years PQE in a reputable international law firm or a top local law firm Experience in advising on products and related legal and regulatory matters Strong understanding of payments regulation, fund flows, and licensing frameworks. Experienced in payment, fintech, EMI/PSP, or financial services compliance or regulatory advisory. Sound judgment on business practices, internal and external stakeholder relationship management and reputational risk Business driven and capable to facilitate business by providing solutions Business proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Experience in multi-jurisdiction environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the sole in-house lawyer for the company, providing legal advice to executives and the management team. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts and agreements.
