Summary: This Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst plays a key role in advancing the Revenue Operations team’s goal of transforming how internal teams leverage systems at ZipRecruiter. This role provides thought leadership and applies industry best practices to the Salesforce platform.

This role operates between Product Owners and Technical Product Managers, supporting sprint status reporting, including Jira dashboard creation, updating, and monitoring, and contributing to Salesforce-related work tied to committed user stories.
and create process flows to translate into functional system design Conduct gap analysis to provide recommendations, analytical insights, and process improvements through system automation Lead system-related projects tied to Sales Enablement technology, including end-to-end implementation and planning Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and release planning Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve user experience and reduce cost and time impact Provide functional, technical, and system design documentation and support testing of Salesforce enhancements Develop reports and dashboards, audit data integrity, and support backlog management including user story creation and prioritization Travel required Quarterly trips to Santa Monica or Tempe Arizona for strategic conversations may be required
Preferred Qualifications

Base Pay Range
for this full-time position is $110,000-$127,500. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
