Participate in knowledge‑transfer visits to current production sites and support launch activities Apply lean manufacturing tools to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput Provide post‑launch support to stabilize production and resolve early‑stage issues Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Contribute to projects that impact communities in Klein, Aldine, Waller, and the greater Cypress metro Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Prior transformer manufacturing or transformer product experience required Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required Experience with equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting Strong lean manufacturing knowledge and hands‑on application Ability to travel to sending facilities for knowledge transfer Experience developing manufacturing documentation and training content Epicor experience preferred SKILLS AND VALU
