Participate in knowledge‑transfer visits to current production sites and support launch activities Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve flow, reduce waste, and stabilize processes Maintain active involvement from pre‑launch through post‑launch stabilization to support a seamless production ramp‑up Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Strong electromechanical and wiring knowledge preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required Experience supporting equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting Strong lean manufacturing background (Kaizen, standard work, waste reduction, etc.) Ability and willingness to travel to partner facilities and current production sites for knowledge transfer Experience preparing manufacturing documentation and training materials Epicor experience preferred SK
