Requirements
, design reviews, verification/validation activities, engineering change control, and market launch readiness Support project planning, execution, tracking, close-out, and lessons learned Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans Report project progress, risks, and performance to leadership on established cadences Promote effective stakeholder management and communication Contribute to project governance standards, tools, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives Support portfolio reviews, resource balancing, and scenario analysis Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers, align priorities, and improve execution effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a business-related field and/or in an engineering discipline PMP (Issued by the PMI) or a Master’s Degree in Project Management 7+ years leading projects in mechanical/electrical engineering, R&D, technology, or product development environments Strong business acumen and experience working in cross-functional settings Proficiency with project scheduling and reporting tools Demonstrated success in business process improvement Ability to influence without authority Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills Experience with Microsoft
