About The Role
We are looking for experienced, independent registered dietitians to provide compassionate, member-centered Medical Nutrition Therapy via telehealth. In this role, you will be expected to: Practice evidence-based, member-centered care free of bias. Review intake information and medical history during video visits, guiding members with personalized, evidence-based recommendations Build ongoing relationships through regular MNT follow-ups, using counseling techniques to support progress, explore barriers, and adapt care plans over time Utilize a counseling-focused, motivational interviewing approach to support members in exploring their goals, building sustainable habits, and navigating the program, while applying Weight Watchers nutrition guidance, protocols, and evidence-based practices Communicate effectively and engage with the team in Slack daily.
