What You'Ll Do

: Strong team fit: results-oriented, pragmatic, analytical, humble, ambitious and people-centric Product Strategy: Cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmap Game Execution: raise standards leading by example Management: Unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). Setup clear goals KPIs, followup results and remove roadblocks. What you bring: Experience in Product / Design positions.

Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered business results in a sustained way. Strong analytical mindset. Ability to decompose significant problems into smaller pieces, devise opportunities, risks, and identify growth levers.
