In this role, you will play a key role in executing strategic plans, driving innovation, and achieving measurable results. You will lead and motivate a team of professionals, manage diverse projects, and collaborate across departments to achieve strategic objectives. In your day to day you will: Strategic Planning Execution: Take full responsibility for leading proposals and projects from conception to implementation, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met through clear planning and regular monitoring.

Support strategic business projects by providing valuable insights and analysis, contributing to understanding business objectives and contexts. Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating mid-sized teams to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. Experienced in mentoring and developing future leaders, nurturing talent within the organization to sustain long-term growth and success.

Innovation Creativity: Demonstrates the ability to support and execute innovative ideas effectively. Encourages creative solutions within the team environment. Develops and progresses ideas and creative solutions to existing problems.
