Requirements

Communicate clearly with clients and our office team Keep detailed service documentation for job tracking and reporting What Sets You Apart: 2+ years commercial VRF required 2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial service focus) preferred EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills Ability to work independently and with a team Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in field conditions VRF factory certifications (Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, etc.) preferred Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Controls preferred Knowledge of PLCs and digital diagnostics preferred P hysical

: Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in field conditions Comfort working on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces Ability to stand, kneel, and work for extended periods Manual dexterity for electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work Commitment to following all safety procedures and codes

Compensation
