Senior Software Engineer About Us Wireless Logic is an IoT connectivity provider that manages millions of connected devices across global networks. From our office in Oud Gastel, we build the software that makes this data accessible: portals, dashboards, APIs, and platforms.

Most of the work is greenfield. We are a Python-focused company, working with Django, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Your Role You will lead a team of 4 to 6 developers on a daily basis and report to the Head of Technology.

Direction and priorities are set by the organization. You translate these into technical execution: you propose solutions, think along about the best approach, and guide the team to deliver them. You coach your team members and support their growth.

In addition, you actively contribute to development yourself — this is not a sidelines role.

What You Will Do

Build applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI Lead the development team: priorities, progress, and quality Propose technical approaches and collaborate on architecture and implementation Design and optimize data models in PostgreSQL Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality Coach developers and support their growth Translate business
