Yext is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically adept Platform Consultant to join our dynamic Services team. In this role, you will serve as a Yext product expert, working closely with clients to configure the platform, manage data, and deliver exceptional solutions.

What You'Ll Do

Platform Consultants are Yext technical experts. We expect our Platform Consultants to: Lead large projects and client accounts as one of our client-facing roles on the Expert Services team (technical project management).

Responsibilities

: Technical Project Management (Manage a Book of Business): Facilitate and manage the completion of implementations and/or ad hoc enhancement and maintenance requests/projects for assigned client accounts Manage prioritize multiple inbound client configuration or data management requests and drive to completion Interpret client and other stakeholder requests, and effectively communicate these requests to other internal teams as necessary, using appropriate tools and methods to tailor communication to stakeholders as needed.
