The Position The E-billing Timekeeper/Rate Compliance Administrator assists in the set up and maintenance of client/matter information within the firm's financial database.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Equivalent training and 1-3 experience in legal e-billing may substitute for education. e.
Requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing with attorneys, staff, vendors and clients. Ability to provide quality client service to both internal and external contacts, regarding matters of a routine nature.
. Effectively liaising with attorneys, clients, middleware vendors and other administrative teams to resolve timekeeper/rate issues that may arise during invoice upload Identifying and documenting timekeeper/rate
for each client’s e-billing process Assesses e-billing timekeeper/rate submission process for improvements and possible efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Manages and tracks submission of timekeeper/rate data to various legal billing middleware sites following both client specific and system
