Job Title: Procurement Manager Reports To: The Procurement Manager will report to the Director of Procurement, Head of Procurement, Vice President, or equivalent leadership.
Requirements
This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure procurement activities deliver value, cost savings, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and contractual obligations. The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement processes across assigned categories including indirect goods and services such as facilities, IT, professional services, office operations, HR services, and business support functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and operational teams while driving supplier performance, process improvements, and procurement best practices.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all clients, vendors, and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Procurement, or related field required. Minimum of 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management experience required. Experience managing indirect procurement categories within a corporate, professional services, outsourcing, or enterprise environment preferred.
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and delivering measurable cost savings. Experience managing supplier relationships and vendor performance programs. Strong understanding of procurement methodologies, sourcing strategies, and contract structures.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze procurement and financial data. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of procurement systems, sourcing tools, and contract management processes.
