As a Host, you are both the first impression and lasting memory of each visit — setting the tone, guiding the guest journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated standards of our iconic destination.

What You’Ll Do

Meet, greet, and interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner Provide directions throughout the attraction to maintain smooth guest flow Share safety information and helpful insights about Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, and NYC Admit ticket holders using wireless admission terminals Load guests into elevators and manage traffic flow at high-visibility areas Identify and resolve guest flow challenges in partnership with leadership Actively listen and respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries What You Bring Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for guest service Consistent professionalism and polished demeanor A “can-do” attitude and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) Team player mentality with a positive attitude Comfort working in changing climate conditions and high-altitude floors Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons Physical
