Xometry is hiring a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead a team of designers within one or more Strategic Product and Technology Organizations (STOs).

You are accountable for delivery, quality, and team performance. This is not a coordination role. You are responsible for ensuring your team delivers clear, high-quality, executable design work on time, with no surprises, through leadership and hands-on execution.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape direction, enforce standards, and remove ambiguity.
