The Basics Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Multiple shifts available Day Shifts Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Evening Shift Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Extended Day Shifts (4-Day Week) Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Wednesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Overnight Shift Sunday–Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM Shift availability may vary based on business needs.
Compensation
: $19.75–$22.00/hour

Responsibilities
include: Mixing pharmaceutical ingredients following compounding formulas Measuring and weighing ingredients with precision Operating blending and lab production equipment Following pharmacy procedures for safe medication preparation Maintaining batch documentation and production records Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy Keeping lab workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals Helping ensure medications are produced safely, accurately, and on time What Success Looks Like During your first few months, you will learn the foundations of compounding pharmacy operations, build confidence with equipment and procedures, and become part of a team focused on delivering high-quality work that supports animals across the country. What We’Re Looking For
