Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Our installers take pride in doing the job right, working safely, and representing the company professionally on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Install complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial projects Read and work from blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings Coordinate with General Contractors and job site leadership throughout projects Ensure all work complies with local codes and company quality standards Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, time, and work completed Work independently while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards Lead and support crews when needed on larger projects Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

What We’Re Looking For

Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Michigan 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces Skilled with hand and power tools Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage both residential and commercial job
