Role Overview As a Residential Concierge, you are the heart of the community - cultivating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and providing exceptional support to residents, guests, and partners. You anticipate needs before they arise, resolve issues with ease, and approach every interaction with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Serve as the primary point of contact for property management, security, parking services, maintenance teams, vendors, and cleaning staff.
Issue, track, and replace building access cards, parking passes, and visitor credentials. Support the coordination and execution of resident events, community programs, and onsite activities. Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents to ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience.
Oversee the front desk and lobby area, ensuring timely communication and a polished, welcoming atmosphere. Assist with property maintenance requests, amenity reservations, and coordination of work orders. Maintain inventory and restock community supplies, including lobby materials, amenity spaces, and resident‑facing resources.
Perform daily opening and closing duties to ensure the property is ready for residents and visitors each day. Keep lobby, amenity areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and inviting. Support resident engagement efforts, including event calendars, celebration programs, and community communications.
Collaborate with onsite teams (leasing, management, maintenance) to provide consistent property support and coverage. Participate in community initiatives, special projects, and operational improvements as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front‑desk role, ideally within a residential or service‑oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with mail and package handling processes, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and postage equipment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate resident and community needs. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with basic office technology.
Ability to lift and move items up to 15–20 pounds as needed.
