Role Overview As the Interior Designer, you’ll lead and execute the endtoend design vision for acquisitions, renovations, and special projects across a multimilliondollar portfolio of multifamily apartment communities. You’ll translate creative concepts into cohesive, buildable, and brandaligned environments that elevate both resident experience and asset value.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high ‑ end residential or hospitality environments 2+ years of hands ‑ on experience using Revit Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Decorative Arts, or a related field Strong vendor, supplier, and trade partner network Deep understanding of measurements and site ‑ specific dimensions Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Proven project management and organizational capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bluebeam; ability to hand sketch Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% About Cortland Founded in 2005, Cortland is an international, vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and management firm with a resident-centric approach to living experiences.
