About The Role
: The Behavioral Technician (“BHT”) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Residential Services (“Division”) Division. The Clinician provides milieu management services to promote a safe, therapeutic environment utilizing psychiatric rehabilitation and other evidence-based practice models. Essential Functions: Monitors activities of daily living for clients and provides skills-training as needed.
Qualifications
: Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or directly related field 6+ months of experience working with adults who have mental illness, particularly those individuals diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness.

: Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
