What You’Ll Do

: Our Data Center Operations team is responsible for maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of CoreWeave’s data center environments. This team supports the hardware and infrastructure that power our services, ensuring critical systems remain operational in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

About The Role

: As a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work onsite at one of our data center locations and may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operational needs.

Who You Are

: Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly Experience working with Linux operating systems Ability to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing diagnostic and repair tasks Ability to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces, including under-floor areas or on ladders, to access server racks Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, including handling small hardware components and cables Availability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 environment, including participation in a rotating on-call shift Experience in data center environments Experience with computer networking Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position Wondering if you’re a good fit?
