Director of Sales, Northwest SI-BONE® is focused on helping patients in one of the most under-served, under-diagnosed, and under-treated areas in orthopedics, the sacroiliac (SI) joint.
SI-BONE developed an innovative, patented implant to fuse the SI joint. The iFuse Implant System® provides a less invasive alternative to traditional sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion surgery and has been used in over 90,000 procedures to date. We are a medical device company that is focused on improving the lives of patients with sacroiliac pelvic conditions.

Responsibilities
: Report to the Area VP of Sales Sell products by managing and expanding customer base and identifying new customer opportunities Manage all Territory Managers and Territory Associates in their assigned region Provide positive mentoring to ensure that company goals and objectives are achieved Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for their assigned region in support of national objectives Meet with key leaders in spine to drive company business and acceptance of SIJ diagnosis and treatment Drive revenue to meet company objectives in a cost-effective manner with a focus on budget management Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory
: Establish rapport and a solid working relationship with all corporate and field employees Develop plans that detail how the regional team members can meet/exceed sales goals and quotas Work closely with senior management to align priorities and create a sense of urgency to ensure successful endpoints are achieved and timelines are met Execute and refine the selling strategy in their assigned region Develop rapport with key leaders in the spine field Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change Foster a positive team environment with a focus on coaching and development of all direct reports Responsible for management of implant shelf life and instrument sets provided to them.
