What You'Ll Do

: The Corporate Development Associate will support our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Investor Relations (IR) efforts as we continue to scale as a public company. This role will be instrumental in executing equity-related capital markets activity, supporting investor engagement, and partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from an investment banking background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help build and scale best-in-class capital markets and investor relations processes.

Who You Are

: 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets at an investment bank (ECM, leveraged finance, or closely related role) Strong understanding of equity markets, public company processes, and investor dynamics Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external stakeholders High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment Experience working with public companies, or supporting IPO-ready organizations, is a plus Why CoreWeave? The base salary range for this role is $99,000 to $145,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
