The Opportunity As an Expert Recruiter, you will contact professional leads, engage their interest, and guide qualified professionals through the onboarding and vetting process.
This role is heavily focused on outbound engagement, including calls, text, email, and other approved outreach methods to generate responses and help grow our expert network. You will help connect qualified industry professionals to future paid consultation and survey opportunities based on client needs. You will confirm relevant experience, assess fit, and ensure profiles are accurate and ready for consideration.

Responsibilities
Expert Engagement: Contact professional leads through outbound calls, text, email, and other approved outreach methods. Outbound Calling and Follow-Up: Act with urgency and persistence to reach leads, generate responses, and move professionals through next steps. Professional Engagement: Clearly present the value of participation while building credible relationships with professionals.
Expert Onboarding and Vetting: Guide responsive professionals through onboarding, confirm relevant experience, assess fit, and ensure profile accuracy. Project Support: Review outreach lists, templates, and relevant materials to understand the opportunity and support timely expert engagement. Lead Research Support: As business needs evolve, support additional recruiting efforts by identifying potential leads through LinkedIn, internal databases, professional networks, and other research tools.
Compliance and Integrity: Uphold compliance standards across all engagement activity to ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity. Ideal Candidates will have : Bachelor’s degree or higher. Verbal and Written Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with confidence initiating conversations and guiding professionals through next steps.
Proactive, persistent, and resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow-up timelines at once.
Comfort using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other research tools when needed.
