The Role… We are seeking an experienced Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza . As a Guest Services you will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries, travel arrangements, booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email or through a central reservation system.

Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guest is welcomed with open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly. Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant.
