Job Title: Vice President, Consultant Relations Department: North America Institutional Distribution Reports To: SVP, Head of Consultant Relations FLSA Code: Exempt Location Preference: New York City, Boston, Chicago Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 Job Summary: The Vice President position is within Institutional distribution responsible for developing and managing research and field consultant relationships with investment consultants primarily located in the Eastern US. The role is focused on driving the firm’s visibility, growing consultant research ratings, engaging with senior field consultants, OCIO and other firm influencers to ultimately raise capital through this critical institutional channel. Requirements
: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college 10+ years of related institutional asset management experience with direct experience in covering investment consultants Proven track record of success in actively marketing the institutional consultant community to drive new strategy approvals and assets Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire CFA, CAIA or other professional

preferred Willingness and able to travel Ability to translate complex investment concepts for consultant audiences Excellent relationship management communication skills Highly collaborative with the ability to influence across investment and other internal teams Able to prioritize and multi-task in deadline driven environment Deep understanding of the institutional asset management business Strong knowledge of consultant research and ratings processes Knowledge of broader investment market, with preference to real estate and real assets Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives Agrees to comply with the firm’s hybrid work policy (“work from home policy,” as aligned with the Company’s employee handbook), which currently requires reporting to the Company’s New York City office four (4) days per week, with one (1) remote workday permitted.
