As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the store’s operational efficiency while supporting the customer experience from behind the scenes.

Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for sales operations will help create seamless and effective back-of-house processes. You’ll lead and manage the back-of-house team to ensure flawless execution of merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization. By working closely with your team, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly, allowing the customer-facing aspects of the store to shine.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll assist with key tasks such as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with store procedures, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. While your primary focus will be on back-of-house functions, your contributions will have a direct impact on the customer shopping experience by enhancing overall store efficiency. What You’Ll Do

: Leadership Operational Excellence Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks. Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance. Inventory Management Merchandise Processing Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation.

Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. Visual Merchandising Product Presentation Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with current promotions and trends.
