The role… At Soho House, a Glass Polisher thrives in fast-paced and high-volume environments that require efficient and careful cleaning, polishing and storage of glassware used at Soho House. The Glass Polisher collaborates with the kitchen and bar team to support Front of House (FOH) operations. Partnering with the Porter and Dishwasher team a Glass Polisher is meticulous and has a keen eye for detail to ensure crystal clear appearance of all glassware.

A successful Glass Polisher plays a crucial role in maintaining a sanitary and clean experience for members and guests that enforces increased customer satisfaction, reduce the number of spotty glasses, and add an attractive, polished appeal to the glassware selection.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of experience Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Detail oriented and thrive in fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and work and works well under pressure Keen eye for detail and “perfection” even if it requires repetitive task Basic verbal communication skills Physical

Requirements

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.

Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds. Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. Why work with us...
