About This Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven Senior Talent Operations Specialist to join our growing Talent team. This role is at the heart of ensuring our people operations run seamlessly — from onboarding to offboarding, HR systems, compliance, analytics, and employee experience. You’ll work closely with our regional teams to strengthen processes, data accuracy, and compliance while continuously improving the employee experience across multiple countries.
What You Will Be Doing HR Operations Systems Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation. ). Partner with IT and Finance to streamline workflows, improve automation, and maintain employee records.

Maintain audit-ready records and assist in policy updates, version control, and communications. HR Analytics Reporting Generate and maintain regular reports on headcount, attrition, leave, and other workforce metrics. Partner with the Talent and Finance teams to support workforce planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
Identify trends through data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Employee Experience Engagement Support Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences. Support key initiatives such as PMP cycles, check-ins, employee engagement surveys, and learning enablement logistics.
Be a trusted point of contact for employees on HR operational matters. Continuous Improvement Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Lead or support system enhancements, integrations, and documentation updates.
Contribute to special projects including process automation, global mobility, and system migrations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced, regional tech or SaaS company. Strong understanding of employment regulations (especially Singapore and India).
Proficient in HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred) and MS Office Suite. Skills Qualities Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working with distributed teams.
A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys improving processes. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, Power BI, Intune). Exposure to performance management or HR analytics dashboards.
Prior experience supporting global HR transitions or M A integrations.
