As a Program Director within Code and Theory’s Enterprise Experience Transformation (EXT) practice, you will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of co-developed, productized solutions—built by Code and Theory in collaboration with a major enterprise platform partner and designed to be taken to market and co-sold. You will oversee delivery across the full program (not tied to a single client account), coaching and mentoring a matrixed team of program/project managers and producers while partnering closely with strategy, creative, technology, and commercial leaders. Ultimately, you balance ambition with fiscal responsibility—ensuring Code and Theory ships high-quality work efficiently and profitably, while supporting growth through scalable offerings.

Own day-to-day stakeholder alignment and expectation management: even when paired with a client engagement lead, you will directly manage delivery expectations, tradeoffs, and timeline realities with client and partner stakeholders Establish operating rhythms and governance across workstreams: intake, prioritization, approval paths, milestone plans, dependency management, and release readiness Drive transparency and accountability through executive-ready reporting (progress, burn vs.
