Responsibilities
: Define a data resiliency program that encapsulates governance structure, roles,
, operational readiness, control inventory, and implementation. Coordinate with the technology team to create and implement testing programs for data backups. Establish a governance framework for data immutability, ensuring alignment with global data protection regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify gaps in the data immutability lifecycle. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data resilience measures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data protection practices.
Facilitate training sessions to raise data resilience awareness. Leverage emerging technologies to enhance data recovery capabilities. Prepare reports for senior management on data resilience status.
Qualifications
: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in data recovery and resilience within financial services. Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to identify potential data risks. Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices. Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and technologies.
Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to lead training programs and workshops on data resilience.
Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
