This role provides dedicated business analysis support across strategic and operational change initiatives within Polo Works, with a focus on data, systems, and process improvement.

Experience in producing documentation including process flows, business cases, and test plans. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management, facilitation and presentation. Comfortable working in an environment of evolving priorities and concurrent projects.
Experience using tools such as Power BI, Fabric, DevOps. Desirable: Experience working on Data Warehouse or MI/BI projects. g.
