Sports Operations Coordinator (Futsal)

About The Role

As our Club Futsal Operations Coordinator, you drive excellence in the end-to-end delivery for our Club Futsal programme. This isn’t just a logistics role. It’s a chance to help shape one of London’s most exciting futsal programmes, use data and insight to continuously improve what we do, and play a hands-on part in a charity that’s growing fast and thinking big.

You will be responsible for managing all programme operations, including fixtures, venues, and matchday operations, building strong relationships with coaches, referees, parents and partners, and making sure every person who turns up has an outstanding experience. Working closely with the Club Futsal Manager and wider team, you will help ensure the programme is positioned to deliver meaningful impact both on and off the pitch for every young person who plays with us.
