As a Cloud and DevEx Platform Manager, you will define and lead the delivery of the Bank’s shared cloud platform and developer experience strategy. You will own the platform vision, ensuring alignment with both business and technology objectives, while enabling engineering teams through scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud capabilities. Acting as the service owner for the Cloud Platform, you will drive delivery, governance, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the platform ecosystem.

Lead the end-to-end ownership of Cloud Platform services, including engineering delivery oversight, governance and operational accountability.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, governance forums and external partners to deliver platform strategy, manage risk and track progress against objectives. Degree/Advanced degree and/or the equivalent combination of experience. Experience with implementation and management of complex Cloud environments and associate developer experience tooling.

A proven track record of successfully implementing high profile Cloud Platform initiatives and projects. Experience of cloud FinOps practices, driving cost transparency, collaboration and data-driven Technology decisions Experience with Project and Product management principles and toolsets.
