Summary: The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at Pacific Seafood plays a key role on our IT/Data team, helping transform raw data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. This position focuses on building and maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models that provide visibility into business performance.
It is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to improve processes and outcomes. 1. Application Support & Development: Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.

Document data models, data definitions, ETL processes, and reporting standards. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. 4.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Deliver ad hoc analysis and reports for various business units. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and tools.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BI tools and best practices. 5. Responsibilities
