What You’Ll Do

: As a Resident Care Assistant , you’ll provide essential daily care, offer companionship, and create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. If you have a heart for helping others and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Support Mealtime– Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.

Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion. Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required. Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs.

Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
