Wait Staff at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Retail team supporting efforts to deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests. This position involves serving, delivering food, and supporting kitchen staff and is ideal for someone adaptable, detail-orientated, and customer-focused.
Customer Service and SatisfactionAssist restaurant customers by taking food orders and providing entrée information and order suggestions. Serve orders promptly. Assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
Menu Knowledge and Food ServiceDemonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu. Assist the kitchen staff and the fish counter when necessary. Compliance and SafetyAdhere to food and beverage safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Maintain a clean work environment, wash dishes, wipe down tables and counters.
Responsibilities

Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
