The Senior Accountant is a key contributor to the monthly close, financial reporting, and internal control environment of a private equity–backed organization.

Requirements

The Senior Accountant partners closely with FP&A, operations, and external auditors to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance of financial statements.

Responsibilities

S. GAAP for complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, leases, accruals, and reserves Ensure SOX-lite and internal controls are followed and continuously improve Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firm) Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting using SAAS tools ( Anaplan Audit experience (public accounting or audit support) Experience in a multi-entity or PE-backed environment a plus Strong Written communication and verbal skills Expert in ERP/system experience. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
