Summary: A Branch Manager will successfully achieve budgeted sales, margin, and profitability goals for the branch market by assisting the General Manager in all aspects of processing, distribution, and to establish a strong team within the market. As part of the management team and a servant leader, you will manage the branch team members, sales and operations functions, financial performance, key accounts, and targeted growth opportunities by removing obstacles to exceed budgeted targets.

Assist in setting, tracking, and evaluating performance metrics to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds expectations. Business Administration: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company safety regulations by conducting regular inspections of equipment, processes, and workplace conditions, fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
Actively manage and reduce operational costs, including labor overtime, premium freight, and repair expenses, particularly within a cross-dock logistics setting. Develop full understanding of the entire organization in all areas and all aspects. Assist in promoting and enforcing company-wide safety initiatives aimed at eliminating unsafe behaviors and achieving zero-injury workplace goals.
Implement employment policies and guidelines in alignment with Pacific Seafood policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
