Enterprise Engineering Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Café Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. We operate across service managed offices and residences as well as the construction team and contractors working on site so we are looking for an individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards in every setting.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a friendly, professional personality that helps create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 30 am - 4 pm, shifts will vary over these days and hours. Please note that currently there is no weekend work available.

Requirements

Support the Café Manager with any additional duties as required Previous cooking and catering experience is essential Barista experience and confidence using coffee machines A passion for food preparation and customer service A good understanding of food hygiene, allergens and health & safety legislation Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach A professional and enthusiastic attitude A “can do” mindset with the ability to contribute to an exceptional customer experience At Enterprise Engineering Ltd, we value people who bring positivity, professionalism and pride to their work.
