About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Remediation Team Leader to join our operations team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of and lead one of our site teams undertaking building works, groundworks and remediation, primarily in relation to oil spill incidents at domestic properties. You'll play a crucial role in delivering remediation operations, supervising team members, and delivering projects in a timely manner while ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
Requirements
: Experience in a similar role undertaking construction projects on site with appreciation for health and safety Full UK driving licence Good general building knowledge with a willingness to learn new skills Good organisation and problem-solving skills Understanding of project timelines Ability to undertake a variety of physically demanding tasks Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Positive attitude with a motivated approach and able to use own initiative Basic DBS check (or be willing to have one) Right to work in the UK Willingness to work away from home when necessary Desirable: OFTEC
