Requirements

, translate them into development priorities, and coordinate implementation with external providers Supporting website and CMS enhancements as well as technology set-ups for exhibitions and events Maintaining IT asset inventories, software licences, and compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards Contributing to agile delivery processes, including planning, reviews and implementation follow-up where required Overseeing Salesforce administration and development, including user access, maintenance and business-driven enhancements Supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud maintenance and provide training to business users Delivering data analysis, dashboards and reporting to support business performance and decision-making Collaborating across teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of the FIFA Museum’s digital ecosystem.
