As a Tube Bender at Impulse, you will be responsible for the precision assembly, testing, inspection, and documentation of high-reliability tube fabrication. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and critical to delivering flight-worthy hardware on aggressive timelines. Perform tube fabrication operations such as cutting, bending, flaring, proofing, and assembly of seals and fittings Identify, document, and communicate non conformances or build issues Work with designers, engineers and other technicians to improve tube fabrication processes and throughput Provide training and guidance to other technicians Clean, prep, and handle parts in accordance with aerospace cleanliness standards Operate and maintain tube bending machinery Support continuous improvement efforts in tooling, processes, and assembly flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area High school diploma or equivalency certificate 3+ year of hands-on hardware manufacturing experience in a production environment Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, calipers, micrometers, and basic measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Experience with pressure systems, leak detection methods, or test setups Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.

Compensation

bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
