The WKF & HR Coordinator ensures flawless HR administrative execution for FIFA World Cup 2026 Mexico, with core responsibility for contracts, HRIS/data integrity, onboarding, personnel files, and interviews coordination. The role includes screening support and operational collaboration with Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Office Management. Success in this role safeguards regulatory compliance, maintains accurate employee records, and delivers a smooth employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Proven collaboration with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external service providers. Experience project-based environments, or peak operational cycles is a plus. Languages Fluent in English and Spanish.
