We’re looking for an Office Manager who brings both operational excellence and energy to our Minnesota office. This role goes beyond traditional office management: you’ll be a key driver of our in-office experience, helping create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to be part of Thought Logic. You’ll own the day-to-day operations that keep the office running smoothly, while also playing a central role in building our culture through events, engagement, and connection across offices.
