The role combines senior people leadership, technical authority, delivery accountability, and global stakeholder influence. This position establishes India as a Centre of Excellence for modern, AI-augmented, Microsoft-based engineering while ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) and delivery predictability.

Qualifications
